Returns, changes or cancellation of orders
All orders can be cancelled within 4 hours every day between 9:00 and 21:00 Central European time. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within this time limit. The support team is active from 7:00 to 21:00, 7 days a week and therefore it is not possible to cancel your order outside of this time period.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase AND THE PRODUCT IS NOT USED, simply return the item(s) to us provided that you take responsibility for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from the use of the product in any way beyond what is necessary to obtain an estimate of the product, know the characteristics and functionality of the product within 14 days of receiving the package by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not refund shipping costs within Europe unless the item is defective.
We do not accept returns of USED products. Used products will be sent by post to the sender and no refund will be issued.
You can expect to receive a refund within 5-10 working days of receiving your parcel. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. You will receive a refund on the card used during payment, on your PayPal account if you paid with PayPal or on your bank account if you paid on delivery.
If you send the return after the 14 day return period, the items will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
You can return the product within 15 days of receipt. If 15 days have passed after receipt of your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, the returned product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be shipped in its original packaging.

Some types of product cannot be returned as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, it is imperative that you follow this procedure.
There are some situations where only partial returns are granted (if applicable)
Products with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl that have been opened.
Any item not in its original packaging, partly damaged or with parts missing for reasons not attributable to us.
Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of approval or refusal of the refund.
If so, your refund will be processed and we will automatically credit the refund to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published.
Then contact your bank. There are often some processing times before sending a refund.

Products on sale (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded, unfortunately products on sale cannot be refunded.
Replacements (if applicable)
In case of defective or damaged product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will replace the item immediately. Sometimes the customer may be asked for proof (video or photo) of the product defect.
Gift Vouchers (Gift Card)
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return has been received, you will be given a gift voucher.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the buyer sent it to himself to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the recipient.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be considered. In the case of a refund for a defective or damaged item, if the customer does not want a replacement, we will issue a refund for both the product and the shipment.
Depending on where you live, shipping time may take longer. Especially if you live in the islands.
