These requests only depend on the designated carrier. If delivery fails, new delivery attempts will be made in the following days.

Can I open the box before paying?

If you chose to pay cash on delivery, we can not assure that the carrier will allow you to open the box on grounds of integrity of the article.

Can I cancel/modify my order?

How can I track my shipping/when will my order come?

How can I change my product/ask for refund?

Please contact us exclusively via email at info@speedd.net or CLICK HERE: the refund is free and with home collection.

I paid on delivery, how will I receive my refund and how long will it take?

The refund will be done via bank transfer at delivery of the return box, then i twill take maximum 7 days to credit it on your bank account.
